I was just so shocked that it got done so quickly. We just get used to waiting on people to come out and look at things, then to do it. I've had construction jobs that drug on for weeks. You couldn't have made it any easier for me. I appreciate that.

He as very meticulous, he did a good job. I dont know that we could've gotten that good a work from the others we dealt with. He really listened to what I said and came up with ideas. The other co's just wanted to hurry and get the bid done. He was thorough enough that it convinced me that we didnt want to do it ourselves. My Dad was real impressed with his work. So if he was happy, that was good too. My Dad even told us we couldn't have had it turn out that good if we did it ourselves. I asked Tom Riggs to bid on a gate for us. He didnt have to do that, but he did. It may help us get reimbursed for some damage to the gate by Star (or Home Depot?)

We were always happy with his work we didnt have any problems with his first repair and that was 12 months ago,. We had more dry rot w masonite. He repaired those and a spot the squirrels chewed in his repairs from last year. So we're pretty happy satisfied_comments: Tom Riggs was absolutely fantastic! Completely satisfied with everything he did. Cant say enough good things about him.

We've had people working on our windows in the past who were so loud outside, they even had music blaring. We had to ask them to quiet down. But Tom Riggs made it very comfortable for me to home school while he was here. We almost forgot he was here, he was so quiet. That is very important to us.

I feel like Tom's somebody I can trust and that's a big part of who I have to do a job. Because when I'm not at home, I trust they're going to do what they say they're going to do and not something funny. I'm single and that trust is huge to me.
